Make A Wish Kid Made Into Honorary Police Officer Shot Dead In The Line Of Fire
10 year old Tommy Jarvis who was apart of the Make A Wish program was killed. Tommy was diagonsed with leukemia at an early age and his wish for the Make A Wish program was to become a police officer and the day was reportedly going great until Tommy was called in to stop a bank robbery. A shootout commenced and young Tommy was fatally shot in the head.
Officers Kawolsky and Johnson who were on patrol with Tommy and were with him during the bank robbery when he died responded by saying "Well at least he was gonna die anyway."
Commissioner Rump of the Fair County Police Department has put Officers Kawolsky and Johnson on paid leave and he has responded to this by saying "They were right but they didn't have to say it out loud."
Make A Wish has commented on the situation saying "We are deeply saddened by the tragic loss of young Tommy Jarvis. We're absolutely heartbroken by this devastating news and offer The Jarvis Family our deepest condolences."
The Jarvis Family has commented on the situation saying they are outraged and want Officers Kawolsky and and Johnson fired and jailed. The Jarvis Family is also suing the Fair County Police Department citing neglience as the reason.
